VIVESS: A Comprehensive Tool for Social Security Management

VIVESS offers an integrated platform for managing social security information effectively, but it struggles with user-friendliness and accessibility issues.

Application that allows pensioners residing abroad the opportunity to access the Social Security system to provide a proof of life. The application will enable the pensioner to identify themselves using Cl@ve or through biometric mechanisms. Once identified in the application, the pensioner will have access to the service to complete the verification process.

Once the proof of life is submitted, if it is positive, all necessary information will be sent to the INSS along with a signed document certifying that the validation was completed through video identification. This document will be stored in the INSS corporate systems.

Upon successful receipt and processing of the proof of life by INSS, a certificate will be issued to the pensioner. An alert will be received through the application indicating that the certificate can be downloaded from the specific documents section.

Pensioners who have already completed the verification process through this mechanism may be notified in subsequent years of the need to reconfirm their status through a message in this application.

To access the system using Cl@ve, users must be registered as a user in the Cl@ve application itself, either through ID card or electronic certificate, or in person at an office.
